From 2017 to 2018, studied Jungian counseling; then completed basic psychology education at KROK Institute (graduated in 2020); currently completing the second level of Gestalt therapy and simultaneously training as a systemic family therapist; has been practicing in the Gestalt approach since 2022
Professional experience
I have been practicing in the Gestalt approach for over 1.5 years.
The core principle of Gestalt therapy is viewing the individual as a whole, where thoughts, emotions, feelings, and physical sensations are interconnected. I use various methods and techniques to help clients see their challenges and life situations as cohesive, interrelated aspects rather than isolated fragments. I consider the context of the therapeutic process. I do not give advice, make diagnoses, or interpret behavior or motives; instead, I help individuals find their own meaning and direction.
Areas of focus
- I assist clients with self-worth and self-acceptance, overcoming codependency, navigating life crises and emotional trauma, rebuilding family and romantic relationships, addressing psychosomatic symptoms, exploring dreams, finding life purpose, personal growth, and self-discovery.
