Four years of experience working with clients. Regularly undergo group and individual supervision while continuously enhancing my professional skills. I take a structured approach to addressing client needs, prioritizing openness, sincerity, support, and empathy.
Areas of focus
- Addressing fears, phobias, anxiety disorders, acute trauma, PTSD, and panic attacks. Helping clients process resentments, painful life situations, and losses. Building self-confidence, fostering self-worth, and establishing healthy boundaries. Working with parent-child relationships, couples, colleagues, and family members. Managing fatigue, anger, aggression, emotional burnout, and professional exhaustion.
