I work with challenges such as low self-esteem, issues around self-image, finding inner resources, and reconciling one’s perception of appearance. I help clients develop emotional regulation, overcome depressive states, anxiety, and alexithymia. I provide support on shyness, discomfort in new social settings, difficulties in close relationships, and internal conflicts tied to decision-making. I also assist with psychosomatic symptoms, sexuality, vitality, and preparing for public speaking.
