Oleksiy Kosolapov

Graduated from the Faculty of Social and Psychological Sciences at the University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, specialty "Psychology", Master's degree (2008).
Completed postgraduate studies at the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, specialty "Psychology of Activity in Special Conditions" (2009-2011).
In 2016, defended a dissertation and holds the scientific degree of Candidate of Psychological Sciences.

2007-2008 - All-Ukrainian Institute of Client-Centered and Experimental Psychotherapy - basic psychotherapy program;
2009-2010 - course "Fundamentals of Medical Sexology" (Association of Andrologists and Sexologists of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine);
2010-2011 - Ukrainian NLP Institute - "NLP Practitioner" course;
2018 - Odesa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov - "Psychophysiological Research and Expertise Methods Using a Polygraph";
2020-2021 - training in trauma-focused therapy (joint project of the OSCE and the Ministry of Internal Affairs);
Since 2019 - undergoing a 5-year professional specialization in client-centered psychotherapy (adapted to the requirements of the European Association for Psychotherapy).

Psychology is my profession, my work, and my field of scientific interest. I have gone through many professional stages: five years of university education, work as a psychologist in an organization, postgraduate studies and dissertation defense, my first experience teaching, conducting trainings, and providing consultations. I continue to professionally advance in psychotherapy. Now, I enjoy teaching psychotherapy and psychological counseling to students while also running a private practice. I have been providing individual therapy to clients since 2009.
