I work with relationship issues, anxiety, addictions, and codependency, as well as situations where clients feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. I help individuals set personal boundaries, assert themselves, and say no when needed. I support clients dealing with neuroses, anxiety, fears, depression, loneliness, phobias, and obsessive states. Additionally, I assist in overcoming self-rejection and low self-esteem.
