Professional experience
2018 — trainer in basic bodynamic therapy (Wrocław, Hong Kong).
Since 2017 — freelance psychotherapist in private practice, one of the international trainers in bodynamic therapy (basic level, shock and PTSD work).
2015–2016 — trainer in the "Warrior’s Heart" project, providing support to veterans, volunteers, military chaplains, and their families on a peer-to-peer basis.
December 2013 – February 2014 — volunteer during the Maidan protests, later worked with the support team for families of fallen soldiers and the Heavenly Hundred. Conducted psychological training for military personnel and volunteers.
2005–2015 — psychiatrist and psychotherapist at the Ternopil Regional Psychoneurological Hospital, head of the day hospital.
Areas of focus
- Struggles with life choices. Crises marked by anxiety, tension, insomnia, self-blame, and a loss of faith in oneself. Loss of life’s meaning, difficulties with self-realization, and self-doubt. Relationship issues. Low self-esteem and feelings of inadequacy. Challenges in managing emotions. Reduced productivity and a diminished sense of fulfillment in life.
