Professional experience
- Private psychological practice since 2006: individual counseling, long-term psychotherapy, couples therapy, group workshops on stress resilience and sexuality.
Areas of focus
- I help clients process trauma, crises, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, and psychosomatic symptoms. I work with couples and families, addressing relationship dynamics, sexuality, pregnancy, and motherhood. I support individuals in finding their path, navigating professional crises, burnout, emotional maturity, and resilience. I assist with feelings of shame, grief, helplessness, emotional numbness, and adapting to new life circumstances—such as emigration, relocation, war, or occupation. I offer thematic and long-term dynamic group therapy sessions. I also provide organizational consulting for leaders, managers, and professionals.
