Education
I have been practicing psychotherapy for 8 years.
I continuously improve my qualifications in selected areas (Jungian analysis, narrative practice, clean language) by attending seminars, courses, and conferences.
I have completed 300 hours of personal therapy and continue it now. I believe that ongoing personal analysis is a mandatory element of psychological hygiene for those who work with human thoughts and feelings and respect the boundaries and uniqueness of each person.
Approaches and methods of work:
JUNGIAN PSYCHOTHERAPY: this approach originates from psychoanalysis. The analyst listens more than speaks, follows the client's thought process, and identifies emotionally charged topics. Great attention is paid to dream analysis. What I love about analytical psychology (Jungian psychotherapy) is its humanity and encouraging atmosphere. According to Carl Jung, the founder of this approach, no matter what request a person brings to psychotherapy, it is always about becoming a little more "oneself." In Jungian terms, it means getting closer to one's Self.
NARRATIVE PRACTICE: a modern approach that emerged in the 1980s in Australia. It is based on the idea that we can revisit the story of our lives and, if necessary, look at it from a new, fresh perspective. Well-formulated questions and dialogue logic help strengthen the inner voice and connect with personal values and beliefs. This is what is important to us and makes us stronger. (Unfortunately, life hustle, circumstances, or society sometimes muffle our inner voice).
CLEAN LANGUAGE: belongs to trance methods. (Others include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnosis.) Clean Language allows for environmentally friendly processing of traumatic experiences. It helps avoid imposing external interpretations and instead assists the client in finding their own resources for recovery.

Professional experience
I offer both short-term psychological counseling and long-term psychotherapy. I believe in the effectiveness of short-term solutions (from 1 to 5 sessions), where the focus is on quickly defining goals and achieving practical results. In these cases, the emphasis is on solving specific problems rather than solely exploring their causes. I am an LGBTQ+-affirming psychotherapist and a member of the National Psychological Association, adhering to its Ethical Code.
