I have been in private practice since 2014 and am a member of the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists. I work from a Gestalt perspective and regularly engage in personal therapy and supervision.
Areas of focus

I often work with issues such as: loneliness, difficulties in making acquaintances and forming lasting relationships; navigating breakups and divorce; recurring patterns in relationships (difficulty starting relationships, challenges in building stable ones, quick endings, emotionally unstable and tense dynamics, inability to tolerate conflict, intense reactions to seemingly minor triggers, etc.); navigating family or couple crises; codependent relationships; infidelity or a tendency to be unfaithful; working with parents struggling to connect with their child; adapting to a new workplace and workplace relationship challenges; family tensions after having children; anxiety, fears, panic attacks and related states; chronic illnesses and physical pain (psychosomatics), insomnia; obsessive states. My medical background allows for a comprehensive approach to your condition, and if needed, I can provide referrals for medical evaluations (endocrinologist, psychiatrist, etc.).
