Areas of focus
- I work with personal crises, decision-making difficulties, codependent relationships, separation issues, and improving communication in family and other contexts. I help clients overcome emotional burnout, psychosomatic symptoms, stress, and anxiety. I provide support for depression, anxiety disorders, and the effects of PTSD.
