Areas of focus
- I help individuals gain deeper self-awareness, understand their needs and emotions, and overcome fears and anxieties while building confidence and self-actualization. I address relationship dynamics between partners and provide parenting consultations. I also work with clients who feel something is «off» but can’t quite put their finger on what it is.
