Professional experience
I have been providing psychological counseling and therapy since 2019 under supervision. I have been in personal therapy myself since 2014. I work exclusively online across Ukraine.
Areas of focus
- I work with crisis states: age-related crises, grief and loss, divorce, depression, fear, anxiety, and panic attacks, codependent relationships, and personal crises (infidelity, unrequited love, job loss). I also specialize in psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety, codependency, self-esteem and self-realization, body awareness and sexuality, resource-building with metaphorical cards, and couples counseling.
