Professional experience
I have been running a private psychotherapy practice for adults and adolescents since 2016. I create and lead various workshops, lectures, and masterclasses. I actively collaborate with social projects (such as the Kyiv Youth Center) and psychological centers («Neuroflex» and «Pelystky»). I also specialize in career guidance for children and adolescents, having conducted around 300 consultations in total. I am the author of the Ukrainian version of the well-known SDS-5 career guidance test. I have long worked in the field of psychodiagnostics.
I love my work and people. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing long-awaited changes in a client.
Areas of focus
- Midlife crises around age 30. Most of my clients are in this age group. Low self-esteem and feelings of not having achieved enough. Issues of self-identity, finding purpose, and self-actualization. Gaining independence from parents. Experiencing loneliness and relationship difficulties. Attitudes toward money and income levels.
