Areas of focus
- I help clients address personal challenges, improve relationships with loved ones, friends, and partners, as well as work through codependency. I specialize in relationships with men, overcoming dissatisfaction with life, anxiety, and stress. I use trauma therapy to address attachment and developmental traumas, and I also assist clients in managing aggressive states.
