My path in psychotherapy is a journey into the depths, towards clarity, wholeness, respect for one's own and others' reality, with gratitude for everything that has been. I have experienced the grief of loss, lost, discovered, embraced gifts, and now accompany others on their journey as a psychotherapist.

Professional experience

Counseling psychologist specializing in Gestalt therapy, personal growth work, group facilitation, and crisis support line training. Accredited supervisor and Gestalt therapist by NAHTU (aligned with EAGT standards). In private practice since 2013.

I work with adults navigating difficult or transformative life phases—when anxiety, confusion, or pain make it hard to move forward as before. Clients seek clarity, calm, and confidence in matters of love, intimacy, sexuality, loneliness, health, finances, ambitions, or relocation. My role is to help rebuild inner stability, deepen self-awareness, and foster trusting relationships—with others and with oneself. Together, we explore ways to reshape your life narrative so you can make choices that align with your true needs and build a life that feels fulfilling.

My approach is grounded in attentiveness to detail, sensitivity, clarity, and respect for personal boundaries and autonomy. While deeply engaged in the process, I don’t take over—I walk beside you, honoring your pace, resources, and uniqueness. My goal isn’t just to help you cope, but to empower you to recognize your needs, trust your choices, and move forward without rejecting yourself.

Lasting change shows up in subtle but profound ways:
— when you learn to acknowledge your feelings without judgment;
— when peace and clarity emerge: “I have the right to want, and I am not alone in this”; “I don’t have to be perfect”; “I can choose to be alone or with someone who truly matters”;
— when someone grieving eventually says, “Now I can live on, grateful for the past and hopeful for the future.”
Research confirms that the therapeutic relationship—built on trust, safety, and respect—is the key driver of change. I rely on this as my primary tool.

At 50, I’ve spent 12 years in this profession, chosen with heart and intention. Before psychology, I spent 15 years in business, managing projects and teams, navigating the tension between external expectations and inner fulfillment. That experience deepened my understanding of human complexity—the push and pull of roles, the gap between “should” and “want,” and the balance between success and inner harmony.

I live with a wonderful partner, love philosophy, psychology, anthropology, and history, and find joy in hiking across plains and mountains, tending to flowers, and practicing yoga.

Areas of focus

specialization, area of professional interest
Clients seek support with issues such as:
- «I fall in love, but the pattern repeats: anxiety, tension, breakups, emptiness. Why? What am I doing wrong?»
- «I don’t know what I want or what my true desires are. I often sacrifice my own needs for others. Low self-esteem, nothing excites me, I feel stuck.»
- «The world has changed, and it feels like everything is collapsing—I can’t cope. Fear of the future. I’m searching for resources and meaning, re-evaluating my values, and longing to feel grounded again.»
- «A year has passed since my loss, but the grief hasn’t faded. I cry constantly and can’t let go—it aches inside. Is this normal?»
- «Chronic fatigue, physical pain, yet doctors say everything is fine. Inside, I feel emptiness, dullness, and despair. I want inner harmony, regardless of what’s happening around me.»

I specialize in addressing anxiety, relationship challenges, existential questions, processing the past, and shaping a meaningful future. My focus includes codependent and counterdependent dynamics, heightened sensitivity, personal boundaries and weak identity, psychological defenses and their manifestations, resilience, and issues related to narcissistic expansion or separation deficits. I do not work with clinical psychology, children’s or adolescent issues, or substance dependencies.
