- Heightened anxiety, panic attacks, depressive or intrusive thoughts, obsessive states (it is highly recommended to first consult with a psychiatrist);
- Self-esteem issues (feelings of shame, guilt, disgust, sorrow, etc.);
- Difficulties in relationships with others;
- Lack of self-understanding, confusion about desires, goals, or life purpose;
- Challenges related to learning or work.
