I have been practicing since 2010 (in-person and online sessions).
Areas of focus
- I help clients address depressive states, anxiety, and panic attacks. I work with feelings of disappointment, pain, hurt, dissatisfaction with life, and lack of motivation. Support during difficult life situations: loneliness, relationship issues, breakups, divorce. I assist in building self-confidence, enhancing self-esteem, and deepening self-awareness to improve quality of life.
