Obtained a master's degree in psychology and completed a specialization in clinical psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Successfully completed a one-year CBT+ program at the Ukrainian Institute of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Currently studying in an international program on trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (Ukraine – USA – Sweden).
Professional experience
Specializes in child-parent relationships, developmental crises, trauma-focused therapy, and psychological-pedagogical support for neurodivergent children. Has over 1,500 hours of clinical practice and counseling for children and adolescents. Beyond cognitive-behavioral therapy, integrates play-based techniques, film training, and Floortime to create a relaxed, child-friendly therapeutic environment.
Areas of focus
- In family consultations, I help parents understand their child’s developmental needs and challenges, reviewing current parenting strategies and creating step-by-step plans to restore emotional comfort in the family and address parenting difficulties.
- With adolescents and children, I address personal struggles, crises, and emotional challenges using foundational cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental disorders.
- In therapeutic sessions for children, I support kids with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and learning disabilities by integrating ABA techniques, DIR/Floortime, multisensory learning, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
- I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children from age 2 using modern standards, providing detailed reports and personalized recommendations.
