Professional experience
Over 5 years of active practice. Helps clients manage anxiety and depression, restore a sense of support, and overcome loneliness. Specializes in identity crises, age-related and family crises, as well as grief support. Works with somatic symptoms, psychosomatic conditions, panic attacks, and sleep disorders.
Areas of focus
- Feeling acutely unsupported or profoundly lonely. Anxiety and depressive states. Relationship issues—with parents, partners, or colleagues. Codependent dynamics. Identity crises, age-related or family crises. Dissatisfaction with quality of life and a desire for change. Psychosomatic symptoms—panic attacks, insomnia, chronic fatigue. Processing losses—of loved ones, homes, or pets. Dream work. I do not work with chemical, gaming, or sexual addictions, nor with patients who have severe psychiatric diagnoses.
