I have been providing counseling psychology services for 5 years, working with both children and adults through individual and online sessions.

- Assisting with parent-child relationship conflicts; overcoming anxiety, fears, and panic states; addressing feelings of guilt and shame; supporting during divorce or loss of a loved one; addressing psychosomatic symptoms; restoring and strengthening self-esteem; building inner resilience and processing childhood trauma. I work using psychodrama and art therapy approaches.
