Areas of focus
- I work with adolescents and young adults, providing psychological support to address personal challenges. My key areas of focus include boosting self-esteem and confidence, managing anxiety, navigating uncertainty, resolving conflicts and communication issues, addressing aggression and self-harm tendencies, overcoming depression, apathy, and abulia, as well as other personal struggles. I offer online consultations for clients in Ukraine and internationally.
