Professional experience
My practice is grounded in strong theoretical training, regular supervision, and ongoing professional development. I began my journey in private practice with immense inner resilience, steadfastness, and a sincere desire to support people through their most challenging life moments.
In my work, I prioritize an individualized approach, creating a space for each client where judgment is absent, and safety, warmth, and gentle exploration of your inner world are present.
Areas of focus
- Feelings of inner turmoil, anxiety, or loneliness.
- Navigating difficult life transitions (supporting you gently through them and helping rediscover new life meanings).
- Addressing the effects of stress and traumatic experiences.
- Exploring fragmented aspects of yourself when emotions or desires feel unclear.
- Seeking inner stability when life feels overwhelming or unstable.
