- I address issues related to low self-esteem, self-doubt, decision-making difficulties, and the search for life’s meaning, as well as interpersonal challenges. I assist clients in building healthy family relationships, setting personal boundaries, and overcoming emotional burnout, apathy, and anxiety. I also work with feelings of shame, guilt, loneliness, and dependencies, including codependency.
