Professional experience
Has been practicing psychology since 1990. Worked as a psychologist at the Third Regional Psychiatric Hospital in Sumy Oblast (1999–2005). Author and leader of educational projects: "We Learn Not for School, but for Life," "Primary School Students at the Crossroads of Psychological Science and Educational Practice," and "Cultivating Citizenship in Early Childhood." Co-author of the project "European Integration for Preserving Productivity and Quality of Life in Older Adults." Worked as a trainer in the All-Ukrainian charity project "Care for the Elderly." Developer of the International project "Dialogue and Mutual Understanding." Since 2014, provides psychological support to military personnel and their families.
