Psychological difficulties can affect anyone, but everyone has the capacity to overcome them. Sometimes, the depth and complexity of these issues escalate into a mental health disorder. In such cases, the suffering of the individual and their loved ones becomes unbearable, and overcoming it alone can feel impossible. My clinical experience allows me to provide effective support to clients and patients across a wide range of challenges — from relationship difficulties to severe mental health conditions. I use a thorough diagnostic approach and collaborate closely with patients to develop and implement an optimal psychotherapy plan.
