- As a counseling psychologist, I work with clients individually, couples, and groups. My practice focuses on navigating family or workplace crises, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and fostering personal growth and self-discovery. I also support clients experiencing loneliness, depression, apathy, unfounded fears, low self-esteem, and self-doubt. Additionally, I help individuals overcome developmental trauma, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorders, and other anxiety-related challenges.
