Professional experience
Provides psychological counseling and training since 2005 (issues related to job searching, self-realization, finances, workplace conflicts, motivation, goal-setting, and time management). Offers individual psychotherapy and online consultations since 2011.

I assist with relationship issues, personal growth, and emotional well-being: challenges in romantic relationships, intimacy, separation from parents, parent-child conflicts; sexual concerns, enhancing intimacy, overcoming sexual trauma; midlife crises, loss of life purpose, emotional pain, depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks; psychological trauma and PTSD; feelings of loneliness, low self-esteem, self-criticism, communication difficulties; relocation adaptation; dream and nightmare work; workplace psychological challenges and career fulfillment. I do not work with addictions (alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling) or children.
