- I believe the most important aspect of my work is helping clients learn to value reality and find creative solutions to their challenges. My key focus areas include: understanding one’s emotional state (reflecting on feelings, recognizing ambivalence); identifying personal flaws and uncovering hidden strengths (what price one pays for ignoring their own worth); exploring why people stay in unsatisfying or toxic relationships (secondary gains); addressing difficulties in finding a partner; understanding avoidance of close relationships (counter-dependency); recognizing self-blame patterns (distinguishing responsibility from accepting limitations); analyzing recurring relationship patterns; and understanding why people struggle to say no to loved ones—or even strangers.
