I specialize in addressing anxiety, fears, and phobias, as well as supporting clients through panic attacks. Relationship counseling, including couples therapy, is another key area of my practice. I help individuals struggling with self-doubt, low self-esteem, and challenges in self-actualization. Grief, loss, and the emotional aftermath of separation are also common concerns I work with. Additionally, I support clients dealing with emotional or professional burnout and guide them in finding purpose and fulfillment in their work. Building self-acceptance, self-love, and a stronger sense of identity are central themes. I also assist in overcoming codependency and navigating toxic relationships.
