I work at the Mental Health Center of the Communal Institution "Regional Institution for Psychiatric Care PPR" (formerly the "Regional Psychiatric Hospital named after O.F. Maltsev"). I have conducted lectures, workshops, presentations, and training sessions. I have worked with emergency services staff on effective communication with victims, burnout prevention, and psychological self-help. I have experience conducting on-site training for multidisciplinary mental health teams. I have also led workshops for students on topics such as "Preventing Addictive Behavior in Students," "Self-Help and Support for Loved Ones with Depression," and "Career Guidance."
