Professional experience
Existentialism has always fascinated me, offering a deep dive into the self through classical and contemporary literature, philosophy, religious studies, and art. This approach allows us to confront ourselves, find stability in life, embrace the joy of existence, and cultivate a sense of purpose. These are fundamental questions that help us understand not just "why?" but also "what for?", freeing us from endless overthinking. In my practice, I use diagnostic tools but avoid teaching or conditioning methods. I place special emphasis on aesthetic therapy—discussing works of art such as films, literature, music, and paintings. Feel free to reach out (since 2013).
Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
I help clients find stability in life, rediscover meaning, and cultivate inner harmony through an existential approach. I work with issues of identity, life choices, purpose, and personal growth. I incorporate diagnostic tools and aesthetic methods—such as analyzing art, literature, and music—to deepen self-understanding and emotional insight.
