I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in Psychology from the K.D. Ushynskyi PNPU. Additional courses: Art therapy. Core techniques of client-centered approach combined with art-therapeutic methods; Sexology; Psychological analysis of family and life scenarios with their correction; Psychology and psychocorrection of psychosomatic disorders; Basics of cognitive-behavioral psychology; CBT consultant; Post-traumatic growth through work with metaphorical-associative cards; Suicide risk assessment and management.
Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2019, using an integrative approach rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I create a safe, trusting space where you’ll be heard, helped to navigate challenges, and given practical exercises to reinforce progress. Session formats: 50 minutes for €30, 2.5 hours for €60. I also provide therapeutic support via your preferred messenger. Sessions are available in Ukrainian and Russian. I have experience organizing corporate workshops and running the transformational game "Cash&Flow." I work with LGBTQ+ clients and do not provide services to military personnel.
Areas of focus
- I work with issues such as depression, panic attacks, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and compulsions, chronic fatigue, grief and loss, emotional burnout, irritability, procrastination, self-esteem and self-identity challenges, psychosomatic symptoms, intimacy and sexuality concerns, loneliness, romantic relationships, codependency, suicidal thoughts, attitudes toward money, post-migration adjustment, and PTSD. I also assist with life path exploration and family pattern correction.
