Second year of postgraduate education at the Institute of Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy in Lithuania, specialty Existential Psychotherapist. Have a certificate after the first year of study.
Internship at NGO Krisechat Ukrainian. Crisis psychological support for Ukrainians affected by the war.
To maintain professionalism and quality of work, all my practice is covered by supervision sessions with an experienced colleague. I also undergo my own individual and group psychotherapy.
Professional experience
Began her psychotherapy practice in 2021. Works with three client groups: refugees and victims of Russian aggression, young adults (18-25), and immigrants from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a Ukrainian, she feels a duty to help fellow citizens turn the phrase ‘what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger’ into reality.
Areas of focus
- relationship issues, adaptation to new environments, emigration, life choices, identity crises, anxiety, depression, spiritual abuse, grief, and finding meaning and purpose in life. Does not work with: children, couples, addictions, or mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, etc.).
