Professional experience
Providing individual counseling and teaching psychology. I assist individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, fear, shame, guilt, or low self-esteem. I address family relationship issues, parent-child interactions, and help stabilize emotional well-being after divorce, infidelity, or dealing with jealousy and conflicts. My approach includes art therapy techniques (drawings, storytelling, metaphorical cards) and transactional analysis (ego states, games, scripts). I also conduct workshops to improve communication skills.
