- Individual counseling: over 350 hours of psychological consultations conducted. Over 500 hours of paid coaching sessions, including more than 300 hours with senior and middle management executives.
- Group work (conducting group psychological training sessions, psychotherapy groups, and seminars).
As of April 2013, over 260 training sessions had been conducted (over 2,000 training hours).
