Professional experience
I have been practicing psychology and Gestalt therapy since 2013. I have completed over 600 hours of personal therapy, attended intensives, conferences, lectures, workshops, and training sessions. I maintain ongoing group and individual supervision and have completed various educational programs. I have over 8 years of experience working with clients using the Gestalt approach.
Areas of focus
- I work with relationships—between partners, parents and children, and toxic dynamics—as well as emotional dependency, self-identity struggles, anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, burnout, sexual concerns, and other challenges.
