Professional experience
Individual psychological consultations and psychotherapy for adults since 2017 to present. To provide qualified assistance, I regularly undergo personal therapy and supervision. My work is based on principles of acceptance, mutual respect, safety, collaboration, active participation, and confidentiality.
Areas of focus
- I’m here to support and help address issues such as self-discovery and identity struggles, low self-esteem, fears, anxieties, doubts, and decision-making difficulties. I also work with anxiety disorders, obsessive thoughts, and phobias. Additionally, I address conflicts in relationships—whether within the family of origin, marriage, partnerships, or friendships—as well as parent-child dynamics. I help process grief, loss of loved ones, relationship breakups, depression, panic attacks, and trauma related to violence. Every case is unique, so the approach is tailored individually.
