Professional experience
I have been working as a counseling psychologist since 2012, providing both individual sessions (counseling and psychotherapy) and group formats (therapy groups and workshops). I also specialize in counseling and psychotherapy for couples.
I have extensive experience working with various crises (divorce, loss, age-related and existential crises) as well as relationship issues (with partners, parents/children, and in the workplace).
Areas of focus
- Assisting with interpersonal conflicts (family issues, relationships with partners, parents/children, colleagues); support during crises and trauma (divorce, loss, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, age-related and existential crises); fostering personal growth and self-awareness.
