Professional experience

I work with adults and teenagers over 18 at various life stages. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly express their needs, concerns, and sensitivities. Session duration depends on the client’s needs, typically lasting 50-60 minutes. The number of sessions varies from short-term consultations to longer therapeutic programs. I use a Gestalt approach and trauma-informed understanding, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs. I believe in the power of psychotherapy and its potential for transformation and personal growth.
