Has worked as a practicing psychologist since 2000. Since 2004, has been an associate professor at the Department of Developmental Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Since 2017, has served as a psychologist at the Obolon Social Services Center. From 2015 to 2017, led a mothers' school at the women's consultation clinic of Polyclinic No. 2 in the Podil district. From 2014 to 2016, worked as a psychologist at the 'Divohrai' Development Center. From 2005 to 2009, served as a practicing psychologist at the 'Perlyna' Inclusive Education School. From 2000 to 2001, worked as a psychologist in the special police protection unit 'Tytan'.
