- I work on personal boundaries, professional burnout, social anxiety, existential questions, gender and sexual identity, panic attacks, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. I assist in overcoming guilt, shame, and fear, improving parent-child relationships, fostering intimacy in partnerships, breaking free from emotional dependency on a partner, and adapting to life in a new country.
