Professional experience
Practicing psychologist, art therapist, and relationship counselor. Over 7 years of experience in psychological counseling, group sessions, and art therapy. Individual consultations: adolescents and parents in-person since 2012, adults in-person and via Skype since 2014 (for children up to 12, works in tandem with parents).
Areas of focus
- Issues of self-identity, self-acceptance, and self-esteem. Conflicts in family and workplace. Emotional regulation and crisis management. Depression, helplessness, fears. Various types of dependencies, habit change, and goal achievement. Addressing resentment, anger, guilt, and protest.
