Yermoshyn), 48 hours; 2002 – 2005 – independent trainer course at the European Institute of Psychodrama for Europe (PIFE), 300 hours; 1998 – 2002 – doctoral course in psychodrama training at the European Institute of Psychodrama for Europe (PIFE), 600 hours; 1996 – 1998 – assistant trainer course in psychodrama at the European Institute of Psychodrama for Europe (PIFE), 300 hours; 1996 – 1998 – Rogerian therapy course by Prof. A.S. Kocharyan, Association of Professional Psychologists of Ukraine (130 hours).

Has been leading training groups since 1994. Since 2002, director of the Insight Training and Consulting Center. From 2001 to 2004, business trainer in the BIZPRO program (a U.S. government-funded training program for small and medium business managers). Since 1996, medical psychologist at the Chernihiv Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities 'Vozrozhdenie.' Since 1994, private practice and facilitation of groups of various orientations.
