I help clients find inner resources, process and integrate emotions, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover their sense of self. I support individuals through life transitions, parenting challenges, pregnancy, and adaptation to forced displacement or emigration. I also address interpersonal, family, romantic, and parent-child relationship dynamics.
