- I work with clients struggling with relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and self-doubt. I help address challenges in parent-child relationships, manage anxiety, phobias, and panic attacks. I support clients through life stage crises and existential challenges, including grief, career changes, breakups, loss of a loved one, toxic shame, and guilt.
