Professional experience
I work with adults seeking to better understand themselves, their emotional state, and find a more stable inner balance. Counseling for adolescents is available with parental consent.
My approach is gentle, non-judgmental, and avoids imposing 'ready-made solutions.' I blend professionalism with accessible language, humor, and relatable examples.
In my free time, I lead a psychological club for children and engage in volunteer work.
I offer sessions both online and in-person (by arrangement - Vyshneve).
