- I specialize in trauma therapy because I recognize that psychological trauma is universal, and it’s the first thing a therapist should be equipped to address.
- I have over 50 hours of personal therapy, so I know firsthand what it’s like to be a client. This also ensures my psychological well-being and that of my clients.
- I’ve completed over 100 hours of supervision and continue to engage in regular supervision for my work. This helps me be more effective and beneficial to my clients.
- I have extensive experience in online therapy, which is highly convenient as it eliminates travel time and allows sessions from anywhere in the world. This format is especially valuable for those living outside the CIS, where psychological services are significantly more expensive.
