Areas of focus
- I provide counseling on interpersonal relationships, crisis states such as grief, loss of a loved one, and help clients define goals, find inner resources, and work through the effects of stress, limiting beliefs, and negative mindsets. I conduct sessions using metaphorical associative cards to address concerns like self-doubt, fears and anxiety, loneliness, finding a partner, conflicts, financial difficulties, life goal-setting, self-realization, and decision-making challenges. My practice focuses on crisis psychology and psychotherapy, as well as the use of metaphorical associative cards.
