Professional experience
Since 2025, I have been providing individual psychological counseling for adults.
I have practical experience addressing concerns related to self-esteem, self-perception, self-doubt, interpersonal difficulties, and challenges in romantic and family relationships.
In my consulting practice, I work with issues such as personal boundaries, emotional awareness and needs, intrapersonal conflicts, and dynamics in relationships with loved ones.
My professional approach is grounded in person-centered principles, with a strong emphasis on empathetic understanding, non-judgmental acceptance, and fostering a safe psychological space.
I continuously enhance my professional competencies through psychotherapy training, studying clinical psychology disciplines, and participating in group supervision.
Areas of focus
- I am a psychologist working with adults in individual counseling sessions.
- My practice is grounded in a person-centered approach, emphasizing respect for each person’s unique experiences, empathetic understanding, and non-judgmental acceptance.
- I believe that creating a safe, trusting space is essential for psychological work—one where individuals can openly explore their emotions, gain deeper insight into their needs, and discover inner resources for change.
- Common concerns I address include:
- Self-esteem, self-doubt, self-criticism, and difficulties with self-acceptance.
- Partnership and romantic relationships: conflicts, misunderstandings, emotional distance, and challenges in relating to a partner.
- Family relationships: strained dynamics with parents, adult children, or other family members.
- Personal boundaries: struggles with setting, maintaining, and asserting them.
- Internal conflicts, conflicting emotions, and challenges in recognizing one’s own needs and desires.
- Self-discovery, personal growth, and exploring values and life direction.
- In counseling, I do not offer universal solutions or ready-made answers. My focus is on helping individuals gain clarity about themselves, their emotions, and their relationships so they can find solutions aligned with their values and needs.
- I provide online sessions for adults in Ukrainian and Russian, adhering to principles of confidentiality, professional ethics, and respect for each client’s individuality.
