- I help clients overcome emotional burnout, restore their energy, and find inner resources. I work with anxiety, depressive states, self-doubt, and difficulties in understanding emotions. I support the development of emotional intelligence and self-awareness. I assist during challenging life periods—processing trauma, grief, and searching for life’s meaning. I help with decision-making, resolving personal and interpersonal conflicts, and navigating adolescent difficulties.
